I saw a commercial on tv about a car insurance company that bases your premium on your driving record, not your credit score. but I cant remember the name. anyone know? thanks!

I am about 4’9 with 36d breast. I am very active and there is alot i like to do but with breast this size i have constant back pains. I dont have much credit for a loan nor do i know someone who will cosign.I also dont have any health insurance and i need this surgery asap. Does anyone have any suggestions?Submited by:littleai2004
