Can you sue a bank for harassment and freezing your bank account? I have been banking with this bank for 20 years now. And I owe them nothing. I am in some legal trouble with another bank that has nothing to do with them. Does anyone have any advice? I don’t see how they can freeze my account when I owe them nothing.
