I know the economy isnt getting any better even though people still believe in Obama. But does anyone know any bank or credit company that can help a person get a loan still at least $13,000 loan? I dont want any scams either just straight answers. Thanks

I am the injured spouse, and we have 1 child together. I filled the form and I was wondering who the $1000 credit for the child that we have together in our home goes to.

Do they give part to my husband to be applied to back debts, or do I get the child credit along with my own?

Hello. I am attempting to buy a foreclosure in San Diego that is a single family residence with a total square footage of 528. I was told it is difficult for banks to finance anything under 600 square feet. The house is in good shape but its tiny. I need financing asap since the bank already accepted my offer. I have several credit cards that have annual membership fees required. But I do not use them and have no plans on using them in the future. I’ve been told that if I cancel these cards that my credit scores will suffer because of the cancellations. Is there a way to cancel these cards without causing anymore danage to my credit scores?
