Who gets credit for child in home when filing injured spouse? April 20, 2010
Posted by Banking in : United States , 2commentsI am the injured spouse, and we have 1 child together. I filled the form and I was wondering who the $1000 credit for the child that we have together in our home goes to.
Do they give part to my husband to be applied to back debts, or do I get the child credit along with my own?
Thanks!

Is a credit card/bank statement enough for businses tax write offs? April 5, 2010

I’m filing taxes for my consulting & real estate business, for about 41,000 and have about 10,000 in tax write offs, but only receipts for about 30% of it. Are bank and credit card statements enough if ever audited?
What if the charges were made through companies that are for like quaterly real estate dues, or real estate boards specifically?
