Do you know of any specific banks (especially in Texas) that are known for good relationships with small (and new)businesses. Some big banks force you to have a Very long relationship before giving you a large line of credit. I am trying to avoid these banks. Any ideas or names?? Thanks

I started a side business and just got my first client he is paying by check. The problem is the check is made out to the company and I don’t have a business bank account? What do I need to get a business bank account? What is the easiest way for me to deposit this check so I can finally afford to incorporate.

Will my credit card be under a cost of goods account, expense account, loan or what? The equipment had already been paid in full by the credit card, now we are paying the credit card off. Should I name the credit card as a vendor?
