I want to take bank loan to buy used car,how bank will provide the money i want in order to buy used car?will they give me check,cash or dedcut money from my bank account?This is first time and really didn’t know.Any good suggestions about this matter?

My family found out that I financed a bike for a friend and wants me to get rid of it to him because they said if he messes up with payments or gets into trouble, I’m responsible which I know, but took the risk. I need to change the title to his name but the bank holds the title. He recently came to the states and he has no credit whatsoever so him getting a loan is out of the question. Is there another way to put my family at ease via a contract saying I’ll transfer the bike to him and if he defaults on payments, he is obligated to pay me and I don’t hold responsibilty for the bike? Or is there a way to transfer the title to his name but at the same time, I continue to finance the bike? I trust the guy that’s why I took the risk and he’s on time with his payments but my family doesn’t care. Need help and solutions asap! Thanks!Submited by:Shawn M

I am planning on buying a new car from a dealer in the near future. I would rather take a loan from my credit union. What are the steps in obtaining the loan? Do I just go to the CU and get a approved for a certain ammount, find a car in that range, then have the a dealer draft the bank or do you need to have a fixed price and car when you go to the CU? I’m selling my car for 20k. I know most likely the buyer will have a check from a bank loan, not cash.

How do I deal with the payment transaction?
Do I wait until the check clears in my bank?
Do I hold the car until the check clears?
What would be the step by step?
