Is there a credit company or bank that works with people with bad credit? April 20, 2010

I know the economy isnt getting any better even though people still believe in Obama. But does anyone know any bank or credit company that can help a person get a loan still at least $13,000 loan? I dont want any scams either just straight answers. Thanks

I think Yeah its called West Lake Financial and they are terrible. The interest rate is extremely high, in some cases nearly 30%
