I think You’re not telling the whole story. WHY, specifically, has this bank frozen your account and just how have they “harassed” you?

A bank will only freeze your account if they’ve been given a court order or IRS freeze order. You can’t sue them for doing something they’re legally required to do.

No you can’t, see the banks work together and have paid a lot of money to buy congressmen so they could pass bills that allow them to do this to people.

I think The question is WHY they froze your account. If it was pursuant to a valid court order or some rule that your account is subject to, then you don’t have any legal recourse.

If they simply froze it because they don’t like your dispute with the other bank, then you might have an action for damages. Either way, there’s no harassment here under these facts.
