I have a nieghbor who has been diagnosed with a brian tumor. She is the mother of two young children. Her husband is employed, but at her side since she slipped into a coma a little over a week ago. They need help and I wanted to open, with her husband’s agreement, a bank account and start to conduct benefits. What are the rules/protocols for setting up such an account?Submited by:tames5143
