I saw a commercial on tv about a car insurance company that bases your premium on your driving record, not your credit score. but I cant remember the name. anyone know? thanks!

CURE! I have been looking myself. It seems like a great company based on the ad’s you see around. Sadly, it was hard to find online. Good luck with them, I’m calling now to get a quote.
