See if the surgeon will set up a payment plan.
Borrow a down payment from family – then discuss with your doctor a payment plan. Or if your personal physician is not the one doing the surgery – see if they know a surgeon who will take a down payment, and then the rest in installments.
Go to the nearest Medical School, they always need someone to practice on.

It might just be cheaper to go look for insurance company and pay , and just pay the deductible. So, you’d pay 80 bucks a month too keep the plan and then the deductible to get the surgery.
something to think about
The PS’s can take payments.
If not, try to get health insurance.
